FCL and LCL options depend on weight, volume, dimensions and packaging. Container suitability and cargo acceptance must be confirmed before booking.

From the port to the final destination
The scope may cover port-to-port transport or a combined sea and road movement. Port charges, customs clearance, unloading and final delivery responsibilities should be clear in the proposal.
What we need to assess your shipment
Exact pickup and delivery locations
Cargo description and HS code, if known
Gross weight, package count and packaging type
Package dimensions and loading restrictions
Cargo-ready date and required delivery terms
What does the freight quote include?
When comparing offers, distinguish the main freight charge from any loading, unloading, storage, waiting, insurance and customs-related costs. The final proposal should state included and excluded charges, the payment currency and the quote validity.
How is transit time estimated?
We assess the route, cargo and document readiness, and available capacity before quoting a transit time. Departure, main transport and border or port formalities should be considered separately. Do not treat a delivery date as confirmed until the transport plan has been agreed.
Frequently asked questions
What information do you need for a quote?
Please send the origin, destination, cargo description, gross weight, package dimensions and count, and cargo-ready date.
Are destination charges included?
The scope varies by proposal. Destination handling, clearance, storage and inland transport should be explicitly confirmed in the quote.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
Timing is an estimate until the transport plan and operating conditions are confirmed. Documentation, capacity and origin and destination formalities can affect it.
